25% Restocking charge on all items returned within 30 days. No returns after 30 days. No returns on special order items. No returns on electrical, sheet metal, custom & special orders. Return must be accompanied by a copy of this invoice. Please call for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted unless A.R.A.N. is displayed on box. Cadillac Parts & Restoration. Hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume any liability in connection with the sale of this merchandise our maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the product. Acceptance of this merchandise and/or service contained on this invoice constitutes the purchaser’s agreement to resolve any dispute concerning the aforementioned merchandise and/or service in Dutchess County in the State of New York pursuant to New York State Law.
