1957 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Restoration
In 1957, Cadillac produced 1,800 of the Eldorado Biarritz models and, almost sixty years later, far fewer remain intact. The owner of this car is a longtime customer of ours and loves the Biarritz lineup.
In 1956, Cadillac began to offer the Eldorado in a hardtop model to sell alongside the existing convertible. To differentiate between the two, the hardtop was assigned the “Seville” moniker and the convertible was named “Biarritz”.
